Abstract

Abstract
The article analyzes the main directions of foreign trade of the Eurasian Economic Union while maintaining low rates of economic growth, strengthen regional geopolitical tensions and the impact of sectoral sanctions. The estimation of factors that have a negative impact on foreign trade cooperation of the participating countries of the Eurasian Economic Union. The basic vectors of foreign trade of the participating countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (the European Union, Asia-Pacific and Latin America). Assesses the prospects for the creation of free trade areas between Vietnam and the EAEC, EAEC and Israel.

Abstract
The article examines modern integration processes, pointing new trends in Eurasia region, with focus on the Eurasian Economic Union and silk road project; the coexistence of China and Russia in this region. While a new question arises, are Eurasian Economic Union and Silk Road Economic Belt compatible, the views of Chinese scholars on integration processes in the region differ. The author’s view on the Eurasian Economic Union and Silk Road Economic Belt is that cultural dialogue and people-to-people communication are not less important than trade and economy. We cannot underestimate that historically, the heartland in Eurasia was the most dynamic and prosperous region in the global economic landscape. Both Russia and China attaches great importance to Central Asia, progress in either mechanism or proposal will be conductive to strengthening the relationship between the Central Asian countries and two neighbouring countries in the epoch of globalization and international integration.

Abstract
This paper analyses the system of trade remedies in Japan particularly focusing on the administration of anti-dumping duties. Authors present the role of these measures in the system of other trade remedies, provide an overview of the legislation related to anti-dumping duties, and underline the specificity of the government regulation. The paper also examines the flow and the mechanisms of investigations on introduction of anti-dumping duties. These trade remedies in Japan are administrated mostly on raw materials and components, applied at the further stages of the production cycle, primarily from developing countries.

Abstract
At the beginning of the XXI century the integration processes between the countries of the Asia-Pacific Region have been developing intensively. In October 2015 the final agreement on the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) was reached between Australia, Brunei, Canada, Chile, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Singapore, United States, Vietnam. TPP is designed as the largest free trade area in the Asia-Pacific Region. The US-Japanese economic relations have determined to a large extent the development of the regional economies, and the future of regional integration depends heavily on the stand of the United States and Japan. TPP is an agreement that covers a wide range of issues related to trade liberalization in the region, including the issues of economic development. The combined GDP of 12 member economies amounts to almost 40% of the world GDP. And three-quarters of this economic power are provided by the two countries, whose economies are interlaced with one another - the US and Japan.

Abstract
The article considers the prospects for a free trade zone between Russia and Egypt. Regional trade agreements with the participation of Egypt are studied in detail. Various specific provisions of the agreements are analyzed. The author gives recommendations on their use in case of free trade zone between Russia and Egypt creation. The structure of trade between Russia and Egypt is considered, the place and role of the two countries in the foreign trade of each other is examined, an analysis of the pros and cons of signing an agreement on free trade zone is made.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the role of Australia in the creation and activities of APEC. Australia which had not positioned itself as a major international political scene actor start to act as one of the leaders of Asia-Pacific. The article author analyses Australia's position on key issues in the framework of the activities of the Forum for Economic Cooperation. Particular attention is paid to the signing of the agreement of the creation of Trans-Pacific Partnership and the participation of Australia in it. The article concludes that the participation of Australia in Trans-Pacific Partnership can lead to changing priorities in the country's economic policy to containment of the development of economic relations with China.

Market research of domestic and foreign juice markets was done. In the article presents imports and exports of juice products in Russia. The reasons of dependence on imported raw materials were identified. Main trends of agricultural domestic development and fruit and berry juices processing were outlined. Abstract
The article analyzes the vicious practice of removing money from the economy of the states - members of the Eurasian Economic Union in offshore jurisdictions. In particular, it reveals the mechanism of withdrawal of capital and tax evasion, not only on the basis of underreporting and/or overstatement of the customs value of goods, but also through the use of embedded in the Common Customs Tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union, the principle of differentiation of the rates of import customs duties. Special attention is paid to expose methods removal of funds by manipulating the terms of commercial deliveries, registered in Incoterms 2010. The importance attached to the study of the practice of illegal capital outflow through the use of documentary letter of credit as a form of payment for the supply of goods on the Eurasian single customs territory, as well as partial or 100% advance payment on account of an offshore company for foreign trade transaction, which will not be executed in advance. The above article analysis will allow the competent authorities to develop a set of measures in the legalization of proceeds from crime.

Abstract
The article analyzes the types of customs payments when importing passenger cars in Russia as a member of the EAEC by entities or individuals for commercial purposes, as well as by individuals for personal use. The comparative example of the calculation of customs payments when importing the same model of the car at its declaring as for commercial purposes, and by individuals for personal use is given. On the basis of the analysis in the article provides recommendations to individuals for the selection of the option of buying a car, taking into account the release date of a vehicle: self purchase broad or purchase in Russia from the official representative.
