Abstract
The purpose of this article is the research the key aspects of the unstable development of the world economy at the present stage. The context of international economic relations is changing in view of the escalation of trade conflicts, the slowdown in economic growth and the search for balanced effective trade and economic policies. A number of problems arising from the shocks of economic development are shown, in particular the problem of poverty and increasing inequality in the distribution of income on a global scale: the problem of the high debt of developed countries and the unstable conditions of their public finances; a significant degree of uncertainty over the foreign interests of large corporate capital of the United States in the context of growing technological competition. It was proved that China's role in a number of aspects of the world economy 's reconfiguration will depend on a number of its capabilities to overcome various exogenous shocks, liberalize the national services market, form alternative regional trade agreements, and offset the negative impact of toxic tariffs and currency problems arising from the trade conflict with the United States. In general, there is considerable uncertainty in the world, with further multilateralism, the formation of new poles of economic development and the need to reform the established system of global economic regulation, which will increasingly focus on the protection of investment, intellectual property and the environment, subsidizing and regulating international trade in digital goods and services.

Trying to make agreements fair for the US, to reduce the trade deficit, the administration’s policy became more protectionist compared with previous ones, but after raising tariffs there is a turn to agreements with trade partners – renegotiating with Canada and Mexico, Japan; the economic and trade agreement between the government of the United States and the government of China. The agreement between the US and China is an important step for stopping the escalation of trade tensions between two countries leading in international trade. At the same time Expanding trade, which according to the Agreement means raising Chinese purchases of American goods and services, may become a challenge to other exporters to China, including Brazil, Argentina, Australia, EC.

Abstract
The world economy and international economic relations are going through a process of fundamental changes. After the average growth in the volume of world exports and imports recovered, it slowed again and may slow further. The US economic policy under Trump’s presidency has modified their trade connections with the world, providing new challenges in international economic relations in many ways. The trade slowdown is often attributed to the US – China contradictions but this is not the only reason. The United States–China trade relations have effects not only on these countries, but on their other trading partners and the whole world trade climate. Meanwhile, using a wide range of instruments against trade partners the US president administration also faced new tariffs from them. At the same time the growth rate of trade in services is much higher than in goods, with all regions of the world registered increases in the export of services. The paper investigates main trends and challenges for the international trade at the end of the second decade; transformation of trade relations between main economic and trade centers in the world.

Abstract
The main trend of Russian-Mongolian foreign trade cooperation is addressed in the article. There is a conclusion describe on the reviews of the dynamics and product structure of Mongolia’s foreign trade turnover with the main foreign trade partners which demonstrates that Mongolia’s dependence on China in the trade and economic spheres is strengthening. Russia takes the second place after China among Mongolia’s foreign trade partners. The expansion of trade and economic cooperation between countries is the main direction of bilateral relations development. However, the share of Russia in the total foreign trade turnover of Mongolia tends to decrease. In addition, the commodity structure of Russian-Mongolian trade is characterized by a mono structural nature, which makes it vulnerable to external factors. The unbalanced commodity structure of export-import operations indicates insufficient use of the existing potential of Russian-Mongolian cooperation. The author concludes that it is necessary to intensify trade, economic cooperation between the countries, as well as expand non-primary bilateral commodity exchange. A promising area for enhancing bilateral cooperation is the implementation of investment projects in mining and processing industries, tourism, transport modernization, logistics and energy infrastructure.
