The United Nations could not create the modern world on the basis of equitable trade and economic relations. In this regard, the author analyzes issues of world economy, trade policy, the work of UNCTAD in the 50 years since its inception. Abstract
In article the eurozone is considered as the state with federal system of governance. Relevance of based on this approach caused he close relationship between the eurozone countries themselves. The novelty the author's approachis to study the possibility of the eurozone as a unified system with its foreign trade. The author of the article proposed conceptual apparatus for describing this model: given their own definitions of balance of payments of the euro area and internal balance of payments of the euro area, and developed economic and mathematical model for calculating the balance of payments of the«eurozone - the federation». When analyzing the data on the method developed by the author using the interpolation method. The author has developed a mathematical model of federation for eurozone countries. In this article, except for the mathematical model, the author proposed a conceptual apparatus for describing the model, given own definition of balance of payments euro-zone and internal balance of payments. As part of the validation of the proposed model of federation assessed the effectiveness of the foreign trade activity in Germany as the locomotive this association, with the countries of the eurozone, as well as countries that are not included in the EU-18.

Abstract
The article provides the Russian foreign trade review after introducing international sanctions during the Ukrainian crisis in 2014. The main macroeconomic indicators (export, import, foreign trade turnover) dynamics is examined. Special attention is given to the change of the Russian foreign trade structure with EAEU and countries,which introduced sanctions. To conclude, due to the sanctions the frozen sectors of Russian export and import began to change, to gain potential. Now Russia has a chance to expand export of the manufacturing industry products as well as to develop import substitution. It will be possible, if export support measures are completely applied.

Abstract
Foreign trade represents the most important component of Russian economy and foreign economic relations. The economic, political, social dependence on productivity of export-import transactions is excessive. That once was confirmed by results of 2014 when the external political and economic environment led to recession of GDP, the inflation growth, decrease in gold and foreign exchange reserves. The modernization of the most advanced countyeconomies including the growth of an innovative component doesn't touch Russia yet, and the country keeps a place of the supplier of fuel raw materials to the world market. Taking in the mind that a strategic objective of Russia an achievement of the level of the economic and social development corresponding to the leading world power of the XXI century is, the support of high-tech industries and stimulation of research and development have to be solved. Modernizations of infrastructure and creation of conditions for attraction of private investments; formations of mechanisms of stimulation of non-oil export; improvements of business climate.

Abstract
The article describes economic preconditions of development of Eurasian integration and its stages. The conclusion is made that quantitative effect of integration within Eurasian economic union is positive - in the part of both of trade and of investments - however it’s impacted by world economic crisis. Favorable factor for development of economic partnership of Russia with its countries-partners by Eurasian integration is that its trade with them more than with developed countries promotes the development of Russian mechanical engineering. It can be seen also on the level of a region - on the example of Sverdlovsk region, - that has cooperation relations and agreements about partnership with regions of Kazakhstan and other countries of Eurasian integration.

Abstract
The article presents the analysis of the current Shanghai Cooperation Organization development. Assesses the role and capabilities of Russia and China within the organization. Focuses on the main trends of the trade and economic cooperation between countries - participants of the SCO. Highlights the basic contradictions of regional cooperation development in the SCO: dependence of the economic interests of the member countries of the political conditions prevailing in the Central Asian region; strengthening the economic role of China; no funding mechanism for multilateral projects.

Abstract
Paper is for evaluation of the results of economic sanctions of EC countries and USA against Russia and the embargo for the import of food products from the western countries. The changes in the models of consumer behavior in new economic conditions are analyzed. The new key term in invented “the other marketing”, its essence is analyzed. The paper underlines the increasing role of marketing in terms of sanctions and the need to adapt marketing policies of domestic enterprises under the changed conditions of macro and micro environment.

Shows the global achievements of biotechnology in the production of transgenic organisms and their practical use for the production of pharmaceutical preparations, food products, which are currently actively conquering international markets. Shows the possibilities of new biotechnologies allows to reduce the loss of perishable products in the international transportation and storage. Analyzed the opinion of the scientists of the world about the benefits of large-scale production of GM products and the possible risks for population health and the environment of the planet. Presents the results of international studies of the safety of products containing GMOs. Reviewed national and international regulatory legal base governing the production and circulation of products containing GMOs and ensuring the safety of the domestic food market.
