Abstract
The article reveals fundamental changes in world trading system due to emerging mega-regional trade agreements. The latter process has obvious interconnections with the new stage of struggle between leading world nations - US and China - for redistribution of areas of influence in the global economy. Increasing influence of MRTAs creates risks for the WTO system, therefore the article dwells upon conditions and ways that may help to embed MRTAs in WTO formats and agenda. The article also summarizes possible reactions of third countries to strengthening of MRTAs and makes some relevant strategic recommendations for trade policy of the Eurasian Economic Union. Among key such recommendations - EAEU participation in own MRTA formation based on enlarged Shanghai Cooperation Organisation; building integration bridges with Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership in Asia with focus on ASEAN; launching interblock dialogue between EAEU and EU with perspective to return to the idea of creating common economic area from Lisbon to Vladivostok; negotiation and promotion of common EAEU countries’ position towards MRTAs in WTO.

Abstract
The given article presents the analysis, systematization of information and expert opinions on the new strategy of foreign entrepreneurs in Russia in current macroeconomic situation. Particular emphasis is placed on the new opportunities for foreign investors in order to export of localized in Russia products to third countries. Author makes a conclusion on the effectiveness of the given strategy for Russian interests in promotion of high-tech export. According to the author, the solution of this problem will allow not only to stimulate innovative business, but also to expand his export potential and to reduce the dependence on imports.

Abstract
The analysis of the main provisions of the Agreement on the Trans-Pacific Partnership, which are significant challenges for Russia's foreign economic policy; also focused on the priority of US national interests in the ideology of the TTP Agreement, their desire to create new rules for international cooperation based on the introduction of the law enforcement practice of the American system and force, first of all, China to join the TTP on the terms dictated by the United States; based on the actual goods turnover of Russia with the countries-members of the TTP, conclusions about the incompatibility of the national sovereignty of Russia's strategy with the conditions prescribed by the TTP, the need to significant restructuring of the foreign-trade potential of Russia and the priority given to economic cooperation with the countries of the EAEC and SCO.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify problems of applying mathematic methods in order to evaluate economic benefits from ratifications for new types of regional agreements WTO+. The evolvement of trade agreements shown and the main driving motives of regionalization revealed because of this investigation. Russian practice of applying mathematic methods experienced considering non-tariff measures factor. Scheme of economic evaluating of macroeconomic indicators from ratification of regional agreements developed due to analyses of Russian practice and foreign publications. The study provides recommendations on opportunities to improve the quality of assessment of macroeconomic indicators in the Eurasian Economic Union.

Abstract
The article contains a study of the dynamics and geographical structure of foreign trade relations of Russia in recent years, including the period after the introduction of anti-Russian sanctions imposed by some Western countries and «mirror» countermeasures of the Russian Federation. The author considered Russia's participation in international commercial trade, regional commodity exchange in the modern period of time. Extensive statistical and actual data for 2001-2015 are summarized, which allowed to draw conclusions about the temporary regrouping of forces among the leading exporters. Despite external challenges, the Russian Federation remains a major exporter and importer of goods.

Abstract
The article is devoted to key features of EEU countries participation in global value chains. The major focus is centered over the role of the Russian Federation in the development of production networks and consequences of the trade flows transformation in the aftermath of 2008 crisis. In light of the conducted research, some suggestions are made to foster the process of production fragmentation within the region. For instance, those include recommendations on the improvement of custom procedures and transport infrastructure, creation of the efficient system of regional trade agreements. Besides, comparative analysis of 1998 and 2008 crises is provided from the global value chain perspective.

Abstract
The article analyzes the main integration projects of the USA and China in the Asia-Pacific Region (APR) under the conditions of the growing importance of the region in the global economy, as well as of the growing comprehensive economic strength of China. The article evaluates the success of integration projects between the two countries (TPP and FTAAP), analyzes their main objectives and motives, as well as the history of their formation. The basic advantages of these integration megaprojects for the countries of the Asia-Pacific are revealed. The article estimates the prospects of the TPP and FTAAP in the context of Sino-US confrontation in the Asia- Pacific region.

Abstract
In this article the author has attempted to identify the principles and laws of industrial policy in the countries, where differ considerably level of state participation in economic processes. The relevance of this article due to the need to create in Russia a state industrial policy that will meet the requirements of time and withstand the economic crisis. In this article, the author concludes that in the external variety of different formal structures that implement industrial policies in the different countries, there are common characteristics of institutional regulation. Particular importance is given to the formation in Russia of legal definitions, institutionalized industrial policy, highlights the priority of the formation of the legal system for its implementation.

Abstract
The article considers the prospects for economic cooperation of EAEU countries with Vietnam in the light of EAEU - Vietnam free trade agreement signed in 2015; the prospects of EAEC - Vietnam FTA influence on the structure of imports and exports of member countries of the agreement, as well as the volume and direction of investment flows, are analyzed, taking into consideration great economic potential of the EAEC and that Vietnam is a fast developing country. The basis of the agreement includes countries’ obligations to facilitate access to their markets in the framework of mutual trade of goods and services. The agreement provides reduction of import duties, obligations of intellectual property rights protection, cooperation in the sphere of e-commerce, as well as in public procurement; and establishes common principles of rivalry protection.

Abstract

The beginning of the XXI century is characterized by considerable activization of the international economic integration. It is shown as in geographical expansion of the existing integration associations, and in high-quality complication of the international economic interaction and the outlined further development of integration processes in world economy. In this article the review of various integration associations in the world, including Eurasian economic Union is made. Stages of development of EEU, indicators of mutual trade of member countries of integration association are analysed and factors which influence decrease in indicators of mutual trade are revealed. Problems in customs and tariff regulation of EEU which influence development of mutual trade and integration processes in general are defined.
