Стратегии жесткой и мягкой силы современной России на Ближнем Востоке

Аннотация
За последние десятилетия регион Ближнего Востока и Северной Африки (БВСА) претерпел глубокие преобразования, вызванные внешними и внутренними факторами, которые изменили его политическую, экономическую и социальную динамику. Ключевым элементом этой трансформации стала смена региональной власти, связанная с упадком США и появлением глобальных игроков, таких как Россия и Китай, которые стремились расширить сотрудничество со странами Ближнего востока и Северной Африки. Цель данной статьи – проанализировать присутствие России в регионе БВСА, исследуя ее стратегии жесткой и мягкой силы, а также исторические аспекты. Этот подход нашел отражение в стратегии России в Сирии. Он стал ярким примером жесткой силы, а в продвижении альтернативных ценностей на Западе – выражением мягкой силы. Украинский кризис усилил эту тенденцию, заставив многие страны региона БВСА сохранять нейтралитет или даже укреплять свои отношения с Россией, отчасти из-за ощущения, что Запад теряет способность поддерживать региональный порядок. В нынешних условиях Россия заняла более гибкую позицию, стремясь наладить связи как с исторически прозападными игроками, так и с традиционными союзниками США на Ближнем Востоке и в Северной Африке. Россия, целенаправленно применяя жесткую и мягкую силу, сумела укрепить свое влияние на Ближнем Востоке и в Северной Африке, которые, оставаясь одним из стратегических регионов ее внешней политики, претерпели существенные изменения в геополитическом балансе.
