Trend Analysis of the Import Substituting Juice Production in the Russian Market
Abstract
Market research of domestic and foreign juice markets was done. In the article presents imports and exports of juice products in Russia. The reasons of dependence on imported raw materials were identified. Main trends of agricultural domestic development and fruit and berry juices processing were outlined. The main terms and conditions of the import-substituting juice products on domestic market were identified.
