POTENTIAL OF THE RUSSIAN INTELLECTUAL RESOURCES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

Abstract

A transition to the new economy of information type requires more attention to the development of science and technology, a increase of an educational level and culture of citizens, improvement the social and economical life of community. The most valuable qualities are the level of education, professionalism, learning and creativity. In manage practice, with financial and material, we introduce a new type of capital - intellectual capital which is able to provide economical benefits. Productive resources become information and knowledge. Scientific development turn the main driving force of the economy.
