Comparative analysis of industrial policy in Russia, the USA and Germany

Abstract

In this article the author has attempted to identify the principles and laws of industrial policy in the countries, where differ considerably level of state participation in economic processes. The relevance of this article due to the need to create in Russia a state industrial policy that will meet the requirements of time and withstand the economic crisis. In this article, the author concludes that in the external variety of different formal structures that implement industrial policies in the different countries, there are common characteristics of institutional regulation. Particular importance is given to the formation in Russia of legal definitions, institutionalized industrial policy, highlights the priority of the formation of the legal system for its implementation.
