Abstract
The article examines the current state and prospects of development of the customs administration. Therole ofcustoms administrationin theconditions of financial and economic crisis. The main attention is focused on the development and improvement of customs administration as a key link in the formation of the structure of foreign trade. The article substantiates theidea that the most important.As the research tasks outlinedpromising areas of customs procedures simplification and acceleration of customs operations at the customs clearance and customs control of the goods.
