В статье в качестве объекта исследования рассматривается российско-китайское энергетическое сотрудничество, анализируются достижения обеих сторон в области торговли энергоресурсами, совместного строительства инфраструктуры, а также изучаются перспективы расширения сотрудничества России и Китая в энергетической сфере. Авторы уделяют особое внимание рассмотрению проекта по сжижению природного газа «Ямал» и выявлению международных политических и экономических рисков, которые оказывают влияние на реализацию проекта. Отмечается, что российско-китайское энергетическое сотрудничество основано на взаимодополняемости: Россия ослабляет давление западных санкций, расширяя экспорт энергоносителей в Китай, а Китай укрепляет свою безопасность поставок за счет диверсификации импорта энергоносителей. Однако организационной устойчивости сотрудничества мешают политически мотивированный режим отношений, геополитические и экономические изменения международной ситуации, сокращение запасов энергоресурсов, а также корректировка экологической политики. Предлагаются меры по укреплению сотрудничества на уровне предприятий, по развитию расчетов в местной валюте и углублению сотрудничества в области чистой энергии, чтобы повысить организационную устойчивость и эффективность российско-китайского энергетического сотрудничества и помочь двум странам достичь беспроигрышной ситуации в условиях энергетического перехода и высокого уровня неопределенности внешней среды.

The article considers Russian-Chinese energy cooperation as an object of research, analyzes the achievements of both sides in the field of energy trade, joint infrastructure construction, and examines the prospects for expanding cooperation between Russia and China in the energy sector. The authors pay special attention to the consideration of the Yamal natural gas liquefaction project and the identification of international political and economic risks that affect the implementation of the project.
